Retailer FAQs

Do you have a printed catalog? Our catalog is online only; we do not have a print catalog. We invite you to see all our varieties with full descriptions and photos, gardening articles and great garden-to- table recipes on our complete online catalog: www.reneesgarden.com.
Can I place an order through the mail? Yes indeed! To order by mail, we offer 2 options.
#1. If you want to order online, but wish to pay by check or money order: Complete your order online and at checkout, select “check or money order” as your payment Method. We will provide our mailing address so you can tell us a check or money order and then and send your order promptly upon receipt of payment.
#2. To order completely by mail: Print our Mail in Order Form and send it to us with your check or money order payment. To help you make your choices off-line, you can print out and review our Seed Variety Descriptions Brochure.
Do you take phone orders? We invite you to order securely online; or order online & pay by check; or download an order form & mail in your order, but we are not able to take phone orders at this time.
Do you ship internationally? We ship only to the US and Canada; many of our international customers have a US or Canadian address we can ship to and then they ship the seeds themselves internationally.
When will my order ship? We ship to US and Canada only. We will fill your order within 1-2 business days of receipt and ship first-class via USPS, which can take up to 5 days (7-10 days to Canada). We also offer USPS priority mail service.
Note: Onion plants & seed potatoes ship separately, direct from the grower, Jan-April. We ship Monday through Friday, but not on weekends.
Do you do custom seed orders? We have years of experience creating beautiful custom seed packets for weddings, promotions and many kinds of special projects. We can offer a variety of different choices for your special event. See Options.
