2019 Donations That Made A Difference

Every year, Renee's Garden donates seeds to a wide variety of organizations and educational programs worldwide that strive to improve social, economic and health conditions, and promote sustainable organic gardening. We also encourage retailers to donate unsold Renee's Garden seeds to local nonprofit organizations at the end of the season. We are pleased to share just a few successful outcomes.

Red Hook Farms

"This donation greatly supports the important work we do of feeding our community and empowering youth through urban agriculture. Using urban farming and food justice as the vehicles for engagement, we have trained and supported scores of teens as they learn life skills, gain job experience, earn income, and contribute to the sustainable development of their community. This year, we especially loved the eggplant (we harvested 1845 pounds of it!) and the Lacinato Kale that we received!"
