- 2 cups thinly sliced watermelon radishes
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 5 scallions, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp each salt and sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Optional: 1/2 cup shopped of sliced almonds; 1 cup cooked cubed chicken meat
