Our Guarantee:
We guarantee our seeds; you must be fully satisfied with them. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return the seed packet with a short note of explanation within six months of purchase. We will be glad to refund the purchase price or replace the seed, whichever you wish. Our warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and is limited to the purchase price of the seed.

Please open your order immediately and check against your emailed order receipt to make sure that you have received all items. Notify our Customer Service Department at customerservice@reneesgarden.com  or 1-888-880-7228 should there be a problem so that we may correct your order.  

In the rare event that a variety is sold out or unavailable for horticultural reasons, we will contact you as soon as possible so that you may make an alternate selection. Prior to use, seed packets should be stored in a dry spot, away from direct sunlight in a temperature range of 65ºF to 75ºF.

For our gardening friends who choose to receive Renee's email newsletter, rest assured we do not share, rent, or sell your email address to outside companies or agencies. You can be excluded from receiving this email should you so choose.

Renee's Garden is fully secured with 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology that encrypts your credit card information, backed by a GoDaddy SSL Server Certificate to ensure security and privacy. When you checkout, your payment information is immediately encrypted and passed through to Authorize.net - a highly reputable and fully secured merchant services company - for bank verification. When your order is processed, all such information is removed, so your credit card must be re-submitted each time you make a purchase.
