Lindsay has a lifelong love for plants and vegetables. She comes from an agricultural family and has a very fond childhood memory of being in a corn field with her grandfather eating fresh sweet corn right from the stalk. In her college years she began gardening to make some extra money. She also planted perennial and vegetable gardens at her own home. Gardening had become a way of life for her, and she decided to make it her career.
